Job Title: Moving Laborer, New OR Experienced
This position is responsible for assisting with the packing, loading, unloading, and moving of items during residential, commercial, or office relocations. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. All employees must have a valid driver’s license, state Identification, and/or work permit, as well as reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload items from moving trucks, ensuring items are secured properly to prevent damage.
Packing and Unpacking: Assist with packing fragile or valuable items using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.) and unpack them at the destination.
Disassembling and Reassembling Furniture: Help disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed during the moving process.
Handling Items Carefully: Safely lift, carry, and transport all items, including heavy or bulky goods such as furniture, appliances, and boxes, while avoiding damage to goods and property.
Customer Service: Interact politely and professionally with clients, providing a positive and stress-free moving experience.
Driving Support: Assist drivers in navigating moving routes and handling items during the move.
Inventory Management: Track and inventory company owned and customer owned items to ensure everything is accounted for before, during, and after the move.
General Clean-up: Help clean up the work area after the move is complete, ensuring all equipment and materials are returned to their proper place
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Physical Strength and Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Reliability and Punctuality: Arriving on time and being dependable in completing tasks.

Job Title: Delivery/ Install Driver, New OR Experienced
This position is to be filled by the following candidates: a reliable, physically fit, and customer-focused Delivery & Installation Specialist to join our logistics team. This isn't just a "drop and go" driving job; you will be the face of our company, responsible for the safe transport, professional installation, and final testing of high-end appliances and fitness equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe Operation: Drive and maneuver a 16ft–26ft box truck in various weather conditions and residential environments.
Professional Installation: Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections for appliances (washers, dryers, dishwashers, fridges) and assemble complex gym equipment.
Heavy Lifting: Manually move, load, and unload heavy items using dollies, lift gates, and shoulder straps.
Technical Troubleshooting: Test equipment after installation to ensure full functionality and guide customers through basic operations.
Documentation: Maintain digital logs of deliveries, obtain customer signatures, and document any pre-existing property damage or product defects.
Basic Maintenance, Care and Clean-Up of vehicle(s), equipment, work sites
Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to, Moving Laborer position
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Individual Background Check, Pass Requirement
All states, no felonies, closed or open, last 7-8years
6- Panel Urinalysis Drug Panel, Pass Requirement
Legally MVR/MVD Drivers license and insurable
Clean MVR record 2+years
Reliability and Punctuality: Arriving on time and being dependable in completing tasks.

Payroll and Benefits:
Payroll is weekly, on Saturday
Zelle, Venmo, CashApp
